Look over the floorplan and think about where you might want to be located. Make a list of areas and features you would like to be near along with any specific booths you are interested in.

Please note that booths are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you prefer a specific location or need bulk space, we recommend securing your booth as soon as possible.

  • Exhibitors receive $200 of their next show when they refer a friend who contracts with us. (*offer valid for 1 year)

 FAQs

  • Each INSIDE and OUTSIDE booth will include one duplex electrical drop (500W/5AMP/120Volts) for Exhibitor’s use - any additional amps will be at the exhibitor's expense.

  • Cal Expo provides complementary access to wifi to exhibitors and show staff. This information will be available and posted at the show office.

  • Each company receives a limited amount of free parking passes, any additional passes will be charged to the card provided on your contract. Parking passes can be picked up durring check-in at the show office.

  • Booths located in the same block will be separated by a 3 ft. curtain side divider and/or an 8 ft. curtained backdrop. Any exhibitors purchasing a whole block will not receive pipe and drape. Each 10x10 booth comes with a 500 watt electrical outlet.

  • Vehicles may be allowed inside upon notification and approval of the Producer. All interior vehicles must:

    • Have chocks in front of each wheel.

    • Disconnect the car battery

    • Have less than a quarter tank of gas

    This is upon inspection and approval of the fire marshal.

  • Pop-up tents may be allowed OUTSIDE as long as the vendor has proof it is fire retardant or has been sprayed with a fire retardant. POP UP’S ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING.

    *ALL INTERIOR DISPLAYS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE BY OVERHEAD SPRINKLERS AND CANNOT BE FULLY COVERED.
