FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Each inside and outside booth includes one duplex electrical drop (500W / 5 AMP / 120V). Any additional power is at the exhibitor’s expense.

  • Cal Expo provides complimentary Wi-Fi access to exhibitors and show staff. Connection information will be available at the show office.

  • Each company receives a limited number of free parking passes. Additional passes will be charged to the card provided on your contract. Parking passes can be picked up during check-in at the show office.

  • Booths in the same block are separated by a 3-foot curtain side divider and/or an 8-foot curtained backdrop. Exhibitors purchasing a whole block will not receive pipe and drape. Each 10-by-10 booth includes a 500-watt electrical outlet and nine parking passes.

  • Vehicles may be allowed inside with advance notice and approval from the producer. Interior vehicles must have wheel chocks, a disconnected battery, and less than one-quarter tank of gas. All vehicles are subject to fire marshal inspection and approval.

  • Pop-up tents may be allowed outside when the vendor provides proof that the tent is fire retardant or has been treated with a fire retardant. Pop-up tents are not allowed inside the building. All interior displays must be accessible by overhead sprinklers and cannot be fully covered.
